Registering an account with AsiaWin is free and straightforward. However, there are certain responsibilities you must uphold throughout the lifetime of your account:

• Accurate information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration. This includes your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and any other details requested.
• Keep your information updated: Any changes to your personal information (e.g. a new phone number) must be updated in your AsiaWin account promptly.
• Password security: Choose a strong, unique password. Do not reuse passwords from other platforms, and never share your password with anyone.
• Unauthorised activities: You are not permitted to register on behalf of another person, use a false identity, or circumvent our identity verification process.

• Bets placed after a sporting event has ended, or after a "No More Bets" message has been issued in a casino game, are void and null.
• In the event of a technical fault or connection disruption during an active game, AsiaWin will review the server logs and make a decision based on verified records. AsiaWin's decision in such cases is final.
• Betting on cricket, EPL football, Malaysia Super League, Thomas Cup badminton, and e-sports is subject to sport-specific rules available in the relevant sections of the AsiaWin platform.

AsiaWin uses internationally licensed game providers with independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) systems to ensure genuine fairness and randomness across all casino games.

The following is a list of conduct strictly prohibited on the AsiaWin platform. Any violation may result in forfeiture of funds and permanent account closure:

An AsiaWin account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:
